We always seem to be standing at crossroads, confused about the choices to make.
Its always a tussle between the mind and the heart, may be a fight with parents over a choice, or jus a mental dilemma.
We are never satisfied with what we have and most of our time is spent thinking, fretting over irrelevant things or pondering over what someone said to us.
After spending hours in fruitless thinking, we end up wishin we were children who dint have to make any decisions that would affect their life, forgetting that as children, we kept wishing to grow old and boss around others ๐
Now, school homework seems easy peasy though at that time it was a big bad wolf eating away our precious play time.
One who is in college thinks how to get a job, one in a job ponders over higher studies or a high payin job, and one pursuing higher studies saddens when he sees his counterparts soaring in the industry.
Life definitely was a lot simpler when we were kids, but i think its high time we start focusing on the situation at hand, rather than thinking of the past.
Also, unnecessary thinking just adds to the confusion and pain.
You will always stand at the crossroads and the choices you leave will always look superb.
But the real test is how u make yourself and others happy after choosing a road/choice.
